John J. Baker, Founder and Managing Partner of RedOak Trust, LLC, is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a diverse background in large corporations, startups, and small businesses. With strong analytical capabilities gained from his experience at Target Corporation and Amazon.com, John navigates complex business landscapes with precision. His exceptional leadership skills and sales expertise were demonstrated as the leader of a top revenue-producing Account Management team at a Fintech startup. Most recently, as head of Business Development & Strategy at a Healthcare Real Estate SMB, John successfully grew the company's revenue >200% to stabilize around +$1,3M in under two years, showcasing his strategic vision and growth-oriented strategies. Lastly, John's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his creation and patenting of the innovative Cleanzy Sponge.

 

John founded RedOak Trust, LLC as he feels a calling and commitment to the purchase and operation of a small business that he can truly take on as his own and nurture for a lifetime.
